This month we will be meeting at Casey's Outdoor Solutions to hear from Jesse Dennehy, Executive Director of the Southeastern Indiana Board of Realtors and Eric Ginder, SEIBR President.The two will be presenting "The Residential Real Estate Market & the New Rules That Will Change How We Do Businesss" focusing on the current real estate environment in our area and the ramifications of the MLS settlement from earlier this year.
