2023 Leadership Dearborn Registration
Event Description:
The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce and Southeast Indiana Chamber Foundation are pleased to announce that registration for the 2023 class of Leadership Dearborn is now open. The new curriculum that was implemented in 2020 and focuses more on skills and education directly applicable to managers was a resounding success and we will be implementing it again this year.
Angel Beets, a partner with Gillman Partners, brings expertise in marketing/communication, higher education and a wealth of training experience. We are excited to have her rejoin us as the facilitator for the 2023 program. In the coming year we will once again be visiting different businesses, community locations and government offices as we introduce participants to all aspects of the region and familiarize them with leaders in all walks of life.
The purpose of the Leadership Dearborn program is to strengthen and refine leadership skills by exploring the dynamics of leadership with focus on helping participants identify individual capabilities and opportunities for growth. We will be dividing the program into ten sessions of four hours each. Topics covered will include team dynamics, self-assessment, time management, managing priorities, managing under pressure, leadership traits, future planning and more. This is a great opportunity for you or your top management to grow and learn with other Dearborn County leaders.
