Event Description:
The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the first annual Dearborn County Business and Career Conference that will be held at the Lawrenceburg Event Center on Wednesday, September 2nd.
The Business and Career Conference will feature 50+ exhibiting businesses, 9 break out learning sessions tailored to specific segments of the community and culminates in dinner with a keynote speaker. The goal of this event is to bring together the regions employers, workforce, students and entrepreneurs to create new connections, showcase the assets here in Dearborn County and provide educational opportunities to those interested. Breakout session topics will focus on three segments (students, job seekers, employers) and will include personal finance, Maverick Business Challenge, interview preparedness, launching your own business, Affordable Care Act, Human Resources, and many others!
